There are 4 roles in a youth soccer match:
- Player
- Coach
- Referee
- Supporter
We encourage our membership to learn and enjoy every role, but you may only fill 1 role in any given match!
Please let the player's play the match. Players must enjoy the freedom to make their own decisions to develop!
Please allow the coaches to provide instructions to the players during the match. One voice!
Please allow the referee to officiate the match. Do not make or challenge their calls!
If you are a parent, supporter, or fan, we encourage you to cheer great plays and sportsmanship. Be positive or remain silent.
Please do not coach or officiate from the sidelines! Let the player's play!
