The Highline Soccer Association (HSA) currently represents over 3,000 youth soccer players from the communities of Des Moines/Midway, Sea-Tac, West Highline, and
West Seattle. The Association is made up of two Recreational Soccer Clubs (the West
Seattle Soccer Club and the Highline Soccer
Club) and one Premier and Select Soccer Club (the Highline
Premier Football Club).
HSA teams compete in District III
within the Washington State Youth Soccer Association (WYS).
The HSA Board normally meets one time per month. Some of the numerous activities that the Board Members oversee and coordinate are Club Activities, Registration for those teams that compete within the Association, District III and at the State Level, Development of Coaches, Referees, and Players, College Scholarship Programs, and field development.

HIGHLINE SOCCER ASSOCIATION |
The Highline Soccer Associaton is proud to offer four (4) scholarship awards, two each for male and female athletes from the Highline Soccer Association.
Prizes:
First place is $750.00, and 2nd place is a $500.00 scholarship award to a graduating boy and girl from the Highline Soccer Association (HSA).
Scholarship Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for scholarship consideration and award, applicants must have played soccer for any club or team in the Highline Soccer Association
during their junior or senior year of high school, and they must graduate from high school at the end of the 2012-2013 school year.

their education knowing that HSA played a part in helping the participant achieve their goal."

Highline Soccer Association's advanced development club, Highline Premier FC, begins the 2013 tryout season on Friday April 26 for the 03 boys and girls and runs into the weekend. If you, your player or your friends have the desire and competitiveness to develop and play with the best in our community, Highline Premier may be right for you! |

Highline Premier offers a unique player-focused environment with:
- Competition in the highest Washington state youth soccer league, the Regional Club League (RCL).
- Compelling style of play backed by effective, consistent developmental curriculum and coach-educators.
- Player-centric delivery, with individual player roadmaps and greater flexibility in player movements.
