The Highline Soccer Association (HSA) currently represents over 3,000 youth soccer players in the Highline area. The Association is made up of four (4) Recreational Soccer clubs located in the communities of Des Moines/Midway, Sea-Tac, West Highline, and West Seattle, and two (2) Premier Soccer Clubs: the HSA Heat for boys and the HSA Eagles for girls.
HSA teams compete in District III within the Washington State Youth Soccer Association (WSYSA).
The HSA Board normally meets one time per month. Some of the numerous activities that the Board Members oversee and coordinate are Club Activities, Registration for those teams that compete within the Association, District III and at the State Level, Development of Coaches, Referees, and Players, College Scholarship Programs, and field development.
Date and Location of HSA Board Meetings
The HSA Executive Board normally meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm at Prudential Realty in Burien.
HSA Elects New Leadership
Jon Dawson was elected to the position of Association President (2 Year Term), Jamie Foulk was elected to the position of Secretary (2 Year Term), and Shelly Kosaka will continue to serve as the Associations Registrar.
WSYSA Honors David Marincovich
HSA Past President, David Marincovitch was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award for his 35 years of service to WSYSA during the 2008 WSYSA Awards Banquet at the Tacoma Convention Center. Congratulations and THANK YOU for your service to our kids!!

 The Highline Soccer Association is very proud to have served as the official youth club for the biggest soccer night in Seattle history as 66,830 fans were in attendance to watch one of the worlds greatest teams, Real Madrid, play an exhibition match against MLS powerhouse DC United. Attitudes Are Contagious (Video)
Mass Youth Soccer has developed and produced an outstanding video focusing on the issues of sideline behavior of adults, and specifically on how that behavior is affecting the retention of qualified referees. While many have talked about the issue of adult sideline behavior, Mass Youth is the only organization to turn the talk into a valuable tool that teams, towns, clubs and leagues can put into immediate use to help curb the unwanted noise along the sidelines.
