Position Specific Training is designed to improve the individual game based on the specific demands of each position. This Program is created as a supplementary program to compliment the current youth soccer club experience, and is designed for the serious young soccer player looking to fine tune the techniques and abilities required for specific positions. Strikers, Midfielders, & Defenders are all welcome. Goalkeeper specific training is offered during each session. Goalkeepers will be given high level technical training by a goalkeeper specific trainer and will have plenty of goalkeeper activity during training drills. Space is limited to 70 field players & 10 goalkeepers per age session. Be sure to secure your spot today!

HPFC Development Academy - 4 Week Sessions Starting Monthly
HPFC is pleased to offer it's Development Academy at Starfire Sports Complex. The sessions will take place on field #2.
We will offer a continuous '4-week' Program running throughout the fall and winter.
Cost : $50 per session (a session is made up of 4 Fridays)
Who: U7-U14 ages - Open but HSA kids a priority
The program provides QUALITY over quantity as a priority. We do
intend to expand the program even further to accommodate older age groups but we must first ensure that the best possible Coach Development is in place. Eventually we aim to have programs being
delivered for U15 and older.
When: Every Friday for a 4-Week program starting in September 2010 - Families can register for one or more programs if desired. The
Development Academy is to run throughout the fall & winter on a regular basis. It is not mandatory to register for more than one program though priority will be given to previously
registered children (i.e. children on program 1 will be able to register for program 2 over children wishing to register for only program 2).
September Dates - 09/10, 09/17, 09/24, and 10/01
October Dates - 10/08, 10/15, 10/22, and 10/29
November Dates - 10/05, 10/12, 10/19, and 12/03 (no session Thanksgiving week)
Where: Starfire Field #2
Why: Fundamental technical training is the core of all successful players and as a result this program follows the HPFC Development
Curriculum.
Coaches: HPFC DOC & existing HPFC & HSA coaches.
Coach Education: HPFC Coach Development Program.
Player Training: HPFC/HSA 12-month Progressive Age-Specific Curriculum
PLAYERS MUST BRING A BALL (fully pumped)
The schedule will be as follows:
5pm-6.30pm: U7-U10 Boys & Girls
6.30pm-8pm: U11-U14 Boys & Girls
Children attending the Development Academy you will also receive the Development Academy t-shirt that they are expected to wear during the sessions.
